Day 1

Having a Turkish tea or coffee after your airport pick up it’s a great way to know each other before starting an amazing experience together. Antakya Old City Center will be enjoying us today followed by a nice and cozy dinner in a restaurant from the city center.

Day 2

Our first visiting day will start in Hatay Archeology Museum. This museum became world largest mosaic museum. The history of this area is revealed from Homo sapiens through all periods until Islamic times. You will be impressed by beautiful Roman mosaic collections, Hittites artifacts and stunning tombs from ancient periods.
As Hatay is considered a city of religious tolerance is worth to mention that the place where St Peter first preached about Christianity is here in Antakya and you will get the chance to visit this place called today St Peter Church.
History helps us understand the culture but we also need some local food and guidance for better understanding. We will spend few hours with a chef that will explain how the gastronomy was influenced by history and we will have fun today in our first cooking class.
Just to finish the day in a relaxing way dinner will take place in Dafne waterfalls.

Day 3

Nature and exploring are the words of today. We will start with a breakfast outside the hotel, in the middle of the nature, continued by a visit to St Simeon Church that will offer us not only impressive ruins but also breathtaking landscapes.

Vafliki village, the single Armenian village left in Turkey is a perfect place to have delicious lunch, buy some homemade produced goods and have the opportunity to prepare our own jam. This will not be an easy cooking class as we will be supervised by an old and experienced lady but we are sure it will end up delicious.
After this sweet experience we will enjoy a Turkish coffee near Moses Tree, a true legend of this place that is set to live forever. In case you also want to live forever you can have a glass of water from the near by fountain that is supposed to bring you a never ending life.
One more stop today and we will visit Vespasianus Titus Tunnel, build in the first century during Vespasian, Titus and Antoninus Pius ages.
As we will be just near the sea our dinner will delight us with a nice sunset on the beach and delicious sea food plates.

Day 4

Well known for gastronomy, beautiful Gaziantep will be our host today. Only three hours away from Hatay we will have the chance to visit Gaziantep Gastronomy Museum and then just get lost into flavors, colors and tastes in Spices Bazar.
After visiting we need to also taste, right? How better if not with a delicious and tasty lunch followed by another sweet gastronomic experience, a new chef experience. This time we will meet the sweet baklava in the city of baklava. We will find out more about how is made, the diversity of ingredients you can have a baklava and also bake our delicious desert.
After this pastry cooking class we will have some shopping time in the bazar.
For dinner we will enjoy a beautiful night in one of the best restaurants from Gaziantep, Imam Cagadas well known for beautiful Turkish architecture and a large variety of local food.

Day 5

After a nice breakfast we will spend few hours in Zeugma Mosaic Museum were for sure we will find a lot about the beginning of this civilization.
Then, Antakya is waiting for us back today as there is still Habbibi Neccar mosque to be seen – first mosque in Anatolia and you can’t leave Turkey without tasting the famous and delicious Kunefe.
We will enjoy our last dinner in Turkey in one of the best restaurants in Antakya, Konak restaurant, a beautiful Turkish style building, unique dishes and amazing atmosphere.

Day 6

You have now experienced Turkey at its best, knowing more about history and also gastronomy so today we just want to hear your impressions by having a last Turkish tea or coffee before airport transfer.
