Considering your booking of one of our tours please make sure reading the following booking conditions. By booking a tour and making all payments as described below we assume you have read the conditions that are referring both to your rights as a tourist of Galaxy World Travel SRL but also your obligations.
Booking a tour
In order to book a tour you have to complete the booking form with all correct details, as per official documents: Passport, Identity card etc. The price shown in the form is per person and a total price for the group will be shared via email after you submit your booking.
In case you have also requested the flight ticket through us we will be sending you a complete offer including this cost in maximum 24 hours after submitting the form considering the departure city mentioned by you in the form.
You will have the right to analyze the offer and confirm the booking in 24 hours from the moment you have received it. After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee the flight cost anymore and a new proposal will be submitted.
All our offers are built per person in a double room with private bathroom. In case you wish another room type we will ask you this information via email after you book the tour online.
In case of any wrong information submitted by you such as: name, surname, date of birth, etc we can’t guarantee we can operate changes without extra costs.
All the communication regarding the booking, room confirmation, flight confirmation etc will be done via e-mail from our official email addresses: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your tour with everything you have requested will be confirmed only after the payment of the first invoice.
For your tour to be confirmed you will need to pay a first invoice that will be formed by: 45% from the tour cost x the number of travelers + full cost of the flight in case you want us to take care of this. The cost of the flight will be shown differently on the invoice.
The next payment will be done 3 weeks (21 days) before your arrival and will represent the remaining 55% from the tour cost x the number of travelers.
For international payments you need to ensure that the invoice will be paid in full amount to us after all bank charges for these types of transactions.
In the moment we will receive the payment notification you will receive your flight tickets and tour vouchers together will other relevant information regarding the tour such as: the name of the tour agent that will be waiting you in Hatay, the name of the hotel from the selected ones, more specific weather conditions for all cities, etc.
Passports & Visa

In case you have any special health conditions such as: disabilities, nutrition affections, cardiac condition, diabetic condition etc, you need to inform us from the moment of booking.
Regarding the vaccines needed for travelling to Turkey you will be responsible to check it with a doctor or via official and secure organizations. These conditions are subject of periodic changes so please also check it before your departure.
In case you or any other member of the group will cancel the booking you are advised to inform us as soon as you have this information.
The cost of the flight ticket is non refundable.
Regarding the other cost we will inform you on the refunds considering the time left to your arrival in Hatay.
Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
In the moment we confirm you the booking we guarantee that everything is settled for your tour in Turkey. Still, in case there will be cases in which we will need to make changes you will be informed in time.
Considering we are offering group tours with travel assistance from our side if the minimum number of people will not be reached we might need to change some costs in order to sustain the tour.
In case of major force we might be forced to change or terminate your tour before or after departure. This is a very rare situation but if it does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds (unless we obtain any refunds from our suppliers), pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses you incur as a result.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking if we reasonably feel that the physical condition or behavior of a client may affect their own well-being, that of any members of our local crew, that of any other members of an escorted group tour, or the enjoyment of other members of the group while on a tour.
If you have chosen to pay an optional single supplement and we are for whatever reason unable to provide you with a single room for any advertised nights then we reserve the right to room you with a fellow traveler of the same sex and to reimburse you accordingly on a pro-rata basis.
We will not be responsible of any lost or damaged items during your tour with us.
In the beginning of the tour, you will be informed by our travel agent regarding any political, religious or cultural conduits you should have during your tour and in case of not respecting it we will not be responsible for the sanctions received by you.
In case of delayed, canceled, and refused to board or any other flight situation we will not be able to act with more than assistance as the flights are handled by the airline company. Still, we will assist you in claiming compensation and your rights in case anything went wrong.
We suggest our entire traveler to buy travel insurance for any travel they might have. We can provide you also this service but you need to ask for it no latter that 24 hours from the moment of departure.
